Pepita the Holster

A mother struggles to raise her daughter all by herself, and due to the economic difficulties decides to rob multiple finance houses, fooling her victims with the handle of her umbrella that she make them think is a real revolver.

Biography

Actor, director, and professor at the Multidisciplinary School of Dramatic Arts. A graduate of the Circular Theater School, he studied at the International Theater School for Latin America and the Caribbean, and took a Playwriting and Directing seminar led by Omar Grasso. As an actor, he has participated in: The Cherry Orchard; The Blacksmith and Death; Ah, Machos; among others... As a director: El Plauto (National Comedy); Murga Madre; El Polilla; Gracias por todo; Estás perdonado Clint; Montevideo amor, etc. He has staged productions for several Carnival ensembles and worked in various theater schools across the country.
