While Alexander exchanged light banter with PM Haddad, a terrorist group by the name of October Justice disrupted a conference between top industrialists of the world and leaders of the developing world in Normandy by storming the relatively lightly guarded chateau in which the spouses of the delegates were staying and taking them hostage. The terrorists announced to the world the events that just took place on all external communications of the chateau.
